First triathlon in 11 years. Windy day, but temperature was great. The rehab seems to be going well . . .

First Sprtint of the season. Great way to break things in. 19th overall, 2nd age group. Had a decent swim and a pretty good bike. I can feel my running legs coming back after a few years of being injured. it's nice to know old guys can heal...

First tri of the season, a little windy, choppy water, but otherwise not bad. Felt decent on the run and the Trek Speed Concept cuts thru wind like a hot knife thru butter

First tri race of the season - went Olympic which maybe wasn't the best choice. Really windy which made the bike portion a challenge but as an added bonus the water was as choppy as anything I can remember, including the Great Lakes and San Francisco Bay. Got my money's worth at any rate. Still, good to be back in the saddle.
