Sun 9/4		43 miles	3.5 hr		Frankenbike 50 slama-jama-fest. Got super rad. Felt better on the second half.
Sat 9/3		20 miles	2.0 hr		First 'cross race of 2011. Hit the wall hard. Bonked. Crashed. Tubbie issues. Glad it was the first.
Thu 9/1		12 miles	75 min		P2 relaxxxxxation. Of the side of a bridge-a-way. Sweet stuffs.
Wed 8/31		30 miles	3.0 hr		Sciotofest day. Climbed. Hung out. You know, that kind of shit.
Tue 8/30		5 miles	3.5 hr		Epic 'cross practice shifting issues. Best course yet. Next week will be better.
Mon 8/29		60 miles	3.4 hr		Solo Canalfest = BONKFEST. Suckas.

Fri 8/26		20 miles	80 min		Spinfest. Felt good to get riding. Maybe I'll do more of it now that it's nice outside.

Sun 8/14		47 miles	3.0 hr		Sunday Funday Ride w/ Phil. Rode to Alum and heckled the elite races, then rode trails on 'cross bikes. Fun ride, out all day.
