Sun 9/11		20 miles			Rode out at Stroud's and Sell's today, 15 miles of trail. Good climbs and great trail conditions.
Fri 9/9		20 miles	79 min		Kinda slow ride, lots of hills. Felt good to climb some real elevation for once.
Week of August 29, 2011					1 Ride • 15 Miles • 0.8 hours
Sat 9/3		15 miles	48 min		Allergies and too much time off the bike made this a slow ride.
Week of August 15, 2011					4 Rides • 64 Miles • 3.9 hours
Sat 8/20		3 miles	9 min		Rode home after the group ride. Wanted close to a 20 average but I didn't have enough left in me and had to settle for an 18.75 average.
Sat 8/20		25 miles	77 min		Group ride, but ended up being just me and Nick. We still managed a pretty quick average.
Wed 8/17		17 miles	51 min		Group night ride was amazing. Held a 21.5 average on the way to Graeter's and around a 16.5 on the way back. Awesome.
Tue 8/16		19 miles	1.6 hr		Rode the Sport course for Alum. I think I did pretty well but I'm not sure how my time compares to the race ones as of yet.

Sun 8/14		13 miles	68 min		3rd at Alum. Computer said it was 13.2 miles instead of the expected 10. Great race, regardless.
