Granville is soooooooo hard, I made it to the short loops but had bad positioning and by the third lap was in a chase group for about 24th-30th position, thanks to Rish I was able to stay there, without him im sure I would not have, the 3 weeks I had to take off in may for a class came and bit me in the tail today, I could get up the hill fine but i couldnt recovery quickly from repeated anerobic efforts to save my life (or my 14th in GC) on the bright side Swain did very very well today, props to him! Thanks again to Rish for saving my tail and to Will and Todd for helping us today, and everyday so far, they have made the stage race much easier than it would have been....also thanks to Fisher and Rish for puttin up with Swain, Josh and I as well as cooking for us and making us feel at home.
On a side note 3 of my friends from Miami who have all graduated now and miss college came to watch me race today....well they found that there was free beer in the Food tent near the start finish, needless to say they were pretty loud on the Burg st. climb....maybe them plus the other people there cheer got me up it the 6 times before we got pulled
