Ist triathlon in 4 years. Finished 16th overall and 2nd in the 45-49. Thought I would be better on the bike. May need to buy a tt bike.Swim and Run were better than expected. Saw lots of Backroom folks.

Good day for a sprint tri, a lot of fast times at Alum today. Decent swim and top 5 run time overall, 23+ on the bike split but still need to get faster, giving up too much time relative to others. Good to see several BRCR mates out there.

Much better race this weekend than last. Had solid splits for all three legs and averaged 23.3 on the bike despite dropping my chain on the last hill and losing 3 spots. Only managed to run one guy down and settled for 3rd, 38th overall. A bunch of BRCR boys representing including Josh, Chris and Marty.

33rd overall, 6th age group. had a slow swim--no idea how that happened. Bike was decent--23.3 over a longer-than-normal for a sprint. run is still coming--fun day all around. saw tons of BRCRs at the race, and great to see Mike Scott back at it.

First tri of the season. My swim was horrendous, but I felt really good on my new bike with plenty of energy for the run. Impressive field overall with quick age-groupers. 49th overall, 8th age group.

My computer was having issues. I thought my split was under 25 mph. Official results had me at 25.5, I'll take it! Glad I didn't have to swim and run!!

I competed on a Corporate Relay team for OCLC. Several BRCR teammates representing today as individuals and on relays!!
